My journey began with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), one of Saudi Arabia's most prestigious institutions, where I developed analytical thinking and project management skills. After graduating in 2011, I spent over a decade in engineering and sales, working with leading Saudi and international companies like Saudi Aramco, Jacobs, and Flowserve Corporation, managing complex projects and building relationships with clients across the region.

As a Saudi professional, I understand the unique investment mindset and cultural values of Saudi investors. My deep connection to the Kingdom, combined with my extensive experience in Dubai, gives me unparalleled insight into what Saudi investors seek when investing in Dubai real estate—whether it's for family relocation, vacation homes, or strategic portfolio diversification.

In 2024, I founded Eighty Twenty Properties, combining my engineering precision with a passion for real estate investment.
